Trantex anticorrosion system: Internal tape 18 mils

Caracteristics
"Black color tape with 18 mils of thickness, manufactured with a polyethylene backing and a high adhesion, rubberresin adhesive. When applied, it becomes a strong, hermetic and permanent seal, protecting steel pipes against corrosion. The pipe gets protected by winding the tape in a spiral, after applying a primer coating. The tape is compatible with cathodic protection systems and it has excellent durability."

Applications
Used for protection against corrosion for water, natural gas, petroleum, hydrocarbons derivatives and more. Use on pipe networks on city areas, industrial plants, chemical plants, refineries, buildings and others. It could be applied on buried or sea submerged steel pipes.
